Intelligent Parking Lot Lighting Control

People not yet arrived, lights already on.

Smart sensing and automatic lighting control help underground parking lots, residential communities, and commercial buildings reduce electricity use and carbon emissions without compromising safety.

AIoT

AIoT lighting built for practical savings.

Illumination Intelligence combines sensing, wireless transmission, and grouped control so parking facilities stay bright when needed and rest when idle.

24-hour Follow Me lighting

Grouped standby and wakeup logic turns on the next lighting zone before people or vehicles arrive.

Zoned control reduces wasted lighting

Driveways, entrances, and shared areas can use independent brightness, grouping, and timing settings.

Soft dimming protects the experience

Lights stay at low standby brightness when idle and smoothly brighten as movement approaches.

Lighting Logic

Not less lighting. The right lighting at the right time.

Traditional lighting

Everything stays on

  • Long periods of wasted lighting
  • Cost reduction can hurt user experience
  • Dark or partially lit zones can create safety concerns
Smart lighting

Lights turn on before arrival

  • Idle zones stay at low standby brightness
  • Movement wakes up the lighting group ahead
  • Energy savings preserve visible range and comfort
Follow Me wakeup sequenceAs a vehicle moves down the aisle, the one or two groups ahead of it reach full output first; the groups behind fade back to standby.Spatial layout illustrative; brightness levels are product spec
  • Standby glow (10%)
  • Full output: one to two groups ahead of the vehicle
  • Fading back to standby once the vehicle has passed

A luminaire talks 20–50 m but only senses 3–8 m, so the next group is told to wake long before the vehicle enters its own sensing range.

Fixture spacing, aisle length and vehicle size are drawn to an illustrative scale, not to site dimensions. With "reduce motion" enabled the diagram holds a still frame of the vehicle mid-aisle — no information is lost.

What the lights do across a dayConventional lighting holds full output all day. Smart lighting lifts output only when movement is detected and settles back to a standby glow.Illustration
  • Smart: follows movement
  • Conventional: full output all day
